- Identify and apply to various types of housing such as emergency shelter and subsidized, supportive and transitional housing programs
- Assist with apply for a variety of different financial support programs such as Rent Bank, Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP) and Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) and countless other programs
- Work with you to solve problems with your landlord
- Tell you what you need to know as a tenant
- Work with you and your neighbors in your community
