Housing Help

8:30am – 4:30pm

Our Housing Help Worker and Tenancy Support Specialist can help you:

  • Search for affordable private market rental housing
  • Identify and apply to various types of housing such as emergency shelter and subsidized, supportive and transitional housing programs
  • Assist with apply for a variety of different financial support programs such as Rent Bank, Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP) and Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) and countless other programs
  • Work with you to solve problems with your landlord
  • Tell you what you need to know as a tenant
  • Work with you and your neighbors in your community
  • Help connect you to community resources and services
