Preparing for Reopening

Preparing for Reopening: A Conversation for Managers and Administrators

Successful reopening requires the leadership of Managers, Human Resources Administrators, and Executive Directors. As we anticipate our doors opening to clients in the coming months, and as we welcome staff back into physical office spaces, how can leadership best prepare?

Join EYET as we facilitate a conversation specific to decision-makers in the Housing Sector to share ideas and strategize best practices for prioritizing safety and adapting organizational structures to reintegrate our services into the community.

This conversation will ask:

  • How must we shift our physical spaces to adhere to social distancing rules?
  • What does client interactions look like?
  • How do we continue to support workers working remotely?
  • What tools exist to support remote work?
  • What are the safety measures needed, and how will they be supported?

Community Conversation

Community Conversation: Adapting our work during COVID-19 pandemic

How has COVID-19 shifted the ways in which we deliver housing help services? What strategies for adapting service delivery are housing professionals across the sector developing for doing this work?

Join EYET as we facilitate a community conversation, for housing professionals, to share skills and discuss these issues.

This event will take place online to discuss:

  • How has your work changed since social distancing rules?
  • What are some of the barriers or limitations to supporting clients, and how have you dealt with them?
  • How are your clients dealing with COVID-19?
  • What are some of the ways you’re taking care of yourself?
