Best Practices Series – Temporary & Fixed Housing Types
During this 2-part virtual workshop, participants will review an array of temporary and fixed housing types with the purpose of providing their clients with more informed options during these challenging times.
Temporary housing types include shelters and transitional housing. We will endeavour to cover this topic by describing how they work and how to help clients staying and/or leaving these arrangements. We will also hear more about permanent housing options.
We will describe what permanent housing options currently exist for housing services clients and how to go about accessing them.
Participants are invited to engage with these topics during interactive and collaborative sessions.
