East York Healthy Beginnings for Healthy Babies

The East York Healthy Beginnings for Healthy Babies program (EYHBHB) provides information, education, and welcoming support to expecting parents. It is supported through funding from the Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program of the Public Health Agency of Canada.

We offer weekly workshops where you can:

• Enjoy nutritious snacks
• Learn about prenatal health
• Receive breastfeeding support
• Discuss your baby’s health
• Access nutritional information and resources
• Schedule one-on-one appointments with a Public Health Nurse and Dietitian
• Meet other parents in your community
